The sales office w ill be ready soon on the site of the building, and as we all know, the first sales event is usually for REALTORS® and their clients, and guess what?! I WILL BE THERE. This is the best time to get in on the project if you're looking for the best pricing, this is when builder are motivated to sell as many units as possible to get their project on the go, and as soon as the foundation of the structure is completed prices go up and keep going up from there.
